Return

Our policy is valid for 30 days. If it’s been more than 30 days since you received your original purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Exchanges do not extend this warranty period. There is a limit of 2 exchanges.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also come with the original packaging.

Non-defective items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. If you cancel your order before we begin processing it, we will refund your money, minus the transaction fees incurred by Elite Athletic supply LLC.

You have 60 days from the date of your order to notify us that you have not received the item. If more than 60 days have passed, the refund eligibility will expire.

Mail rejections are not covered by our refund policy. A unique return address must be generated for each refund or exchange.

There are several items that are non-returnable. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or hygiene products, dangerous goods, or flammable liquids or gases.

Other non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

In order to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the address on the envelope. When you request a refund or exchange, a return address must be generated and provided to you.

In some cases, only partial refunds are allowed (if applicable):

  • Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged due to a fault not on our part, or missing parts
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once the refund (if applicable) has been received and your return has been reviewed, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your return. We will also let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, we will process your refund and automatically transfer the refund amount to your credit card or original form of payment within 3-5 business days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for the refund to be officially credited to your account.
Contact your bank next. Refunds usually take some processing time to arrive. If you receive a refund within 24 hours of the charge, make sure the charge is credited to your bill, as this may only be a canceled charge, not a refund.

Specials (if applicable)
Specials are only refundable for regular-priced items, unfortunately, specials are non-refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We will only replace defective or damaged items. If you need an exchange, please email norrisz7681@gmail.com and send the item to: [Ask a representative for the correct address during the refund or exchange process].

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the return. Once we have received the returned item, we will mail you the gift certificate.

If the item is not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the giver sends the order to themselves to give it to you later, we will refund the giver and they will be aware of your return.

Shipping

You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Return shipping costs will not be refunded.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live and the season, the time it takes for your exchange to arrive may vary.

Slow or delayed shipments will not result in a refund for your order. However, this can extend your 30-day warranty as the 30-day warranty starts when you receive your order.

If the value of the item you’re shipping is more than $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
